Tania is an entrepreneurial executive with over 25 years of experience across nonprofit and corporate sectors. As Director of Development at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts (2018–2024), she helped raise over $222 million, including $12 million directly secured through her efforts. She led fundraising for one of the nation’s largest and most prestigious arts centers, managing a $6+ million annual fund and individually raising $1.5 million annually.

Tania played a key role in completing the arts center’s capital campaign and establishing
its planned giving and endowment fund. She was a senior strategist who developed long-term plans to meet the center’s objectives. She excels at driving an organization’s macro-level strategy while simultaneously implementing micro-level processes that empower staff to maintain forward momentum and achieve goals. Before transitioning to the development team, Tania played a pivotal role in leading the $625 million construction of the Dr. Phillips Center, overseeing the completion of Phase 1, which opened in 2014 with the Walt Disney Theater for major productions and the community- focused Alexis & Jim Pugh Theater. She was also instrumental in delivering Phase 2 in 2022, which featured the world-class, acoustically renowned Steinmetz Hall and the newly added Judson’s Live music room, inspired by Dizzy’s in New York.

Prior to joining the Dr. Phillips Center, Tania was AVP of Global Corporate Social Responsibility at Bank of America, overseeing philanthropic investments in the Florida and Georgia markets. She leveraged corporate brand initiatives to drive nonprofit support and led the implementation of community assessments and strategic plans.

Tania holds a bachelor’s degree from American University in Journalism and Literature and a master’s from Rollins College in Corporate Communications & Technology.
