Rick Paradis is a senior advancement leader and fundraising strategist. He brings more than two decades of experience to The Angeletti Group, advancing transformational philanthropy in higher education and nonprofit organizations. He has a proven record of building high-performing teams, securing major and principal gifts, and advancing institutional priorities through data-informed, results-driven fundraising strategy.

Prior to joining The Angeletti Group, Rick served as Associate Vice President for Development at California State University, Monterey Bay. There, he led comprehensive capital campaign planning and launched the quiet phase of a $250 million blended campaign, “The Ripple Effect”, while overseeing a full-spectrum advancement program. He previously served as Interim Vice President for Advancement and Executive Director of the Central Washington University Foundation, where he secured more than $36 million for institutional priorities and led a $135 million comprehensive campaign feasibility study.

A first-generation college graduate, Rick is deeply committed to expanding access and opportunity through philanthropy.
