Dan Holmes

Director, Data Analytics

Dan joined The Angeletti Group in 2019 and serves as the Director of Data Analytics. In this role, he partners with clients to devise and implement data analytics solutions, benchmarking, regional and national philanthropic scans, wealth screenings, and systems work. Dan has worked with a wide variety of clients including hospitals, health systems, universities, independent schools, community foundations, museums, and service organizations, becoming familiar with the philanthropic trends in various sectors across the nonprofit industry. Dan’s knowledge of industry trends and best practices serves him well in advising client partners in the best use of their resources to target prospective donors and determine the strategies that will bring the greatest return on investment.

Dan holds special expertise in mining client data and publicly available records to provide the most comprehensive picture of philanthropic potential and inclination. Dan conducts wealth screening, predictive modeling, philanthropic scans, and relationship mapping to support clients in assessing capacity, prioritizing, and modeling their best prospects, and expanding potential donor networks. Dan has considerable experience with several different leading data resources/tools and is highly adept at employing them to address client-specific organizational objectives. In addition to his work in data analytics, Dan works closely with TAG’s senior consultants to support all aspects of client partnerships.

Dan grew up in Central New Jersey and attended the University of Rhode Island, where he received his B.S. in Mathematics, with a focus in Business. During his time at URI, he was active on the Club Rowing team, where he held positions such as Recruitment Coordinator, Alumni Coordinator, Co-Captain, and Assistant Coach. Dan is also working towards getting his CFRE Certification.
