Mark Coleman

Vice President, Client Partnerships – Counsel and Interviewer

Mark Coleman has spent over three decades as an administrator, coach and development professional in a variety of settings. He served as the head coach of the Western New Mexico University’s men’s basketball program and, in July 2011, became director of athletics while being responsible for all oversight related to development and community relations.

Prior to his time in New Mexico, Mark spent eight years at Drew University in Madison, NJ, where he guided his 1997 squad to a Metro NY/NJ ECAC Championship title and was named conference Coach of the Year. During his tenure at Drew, he worked as a member of the University Development team on its highly successful Gateways to the Future Campaign, which surpassed its fundraising goal by over $20 million. He also held positions at the University of Pittsburgh, Canisus University, and the University of Vermont.

In addition to his administrative, coaching and fundraising experience, he has also served in sales and business development roles in the private sector for Xerox Corporation and BSN Sports and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY.
