Sue has more than 30 years of experience working in non-profit organizations ranging from arts and culture to higher education. She has focused primarily on fund development planning and implementation, and her background includes grant writing, annual and major gifts campaigns, strategic planning and special events. Sue worked in development positions at the University of Pennsylvania, University of Connecticut and the United Way. She served in senior staff roles at the Springfield Symphony Orchestra, Springfield Museums, Hartford Stage and Neighborhood Music School. Sue has also done consulting work for the Coast Guard Academy, Girl Scouts of Connecticut, The Legacy Theatre, The Marco Players and Freedom Waters Foundation.
Sue lives in Naples with her fiancé John and their dog Koko, and enjoys running, hiking, swimming, kayaking and gardening; she also serves as President of the Board of Directors for the Newcomers Club of South Naples. She holds a BA in English from Middlebury College in Vermont, her home state.
