Marcia Monagan began her 30 years of work in development as the Director of Development at The Chase Collegiate School, a preK-grade 12th co-ed independent day school in Waterbury, Ct. After 8 years there, she worked as the parent fundraiser at Choate Rosemary Hall, a co-ed boarding school in Wallingford, CT. For 12 years, Marcia worked with the parent body to meet both annual fund and capital campaign goals. Marcia then spent 5 years at Westover, a private 9 – 12th grade all girls boarding school in Middlebury, CT. In addition to her work with The Angeletti Group, Marcia is presently a campaign consultant at Notre Dame High School, an independent all boys high school in West Haven, CT.

Marcia graduated from Kingswood-Oxford School and Smith College. She lives with her husband, Charles, former 30-year editor of CT Magazine, in Middlebury, CT. They have 3 children.
