Claudia Ralph

Development Associate

Claudia began her career in the world of nonprofit development with Hackensack Meridian Health in the Summer of 2019. At HMH, she served as a member of the Foundation team and supported organizational leaders with initiatives involving donor relations and major gift prospects. She also worked with members of the medical staff on development-related presentations and assembled data from across the HMH Network to facilitate projects related to first-time giving and giving societies.

In early 2020, Claudia interned with Seton Hall University Pirate Blue Athletic Fund and worked with the leadership team overseeing development operations for the department. It was during this time that she had the chance to engage in prospect research and gift reporting while also participating in special events and other donor-related activities.

In May 2020, Claudia graduated Cum Laude from Seton Hall with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and followed that with an M.B.A. with a concentration in Marketing in 2021, completing her graduate work with a 3.89 GPA. During her time at Seton Hall, Claudia also served as the captain of the cheerleading team, which led her to more work in higher education following graduation.

In addition to her consulting work, Claudia currently serves as the head cheerleading coach at Princeton University where she guides the cheer team through the men’s and women’s basketball seasons while also leading the program as team members participate in University-wide and donor-related events and travel with the Princeton Varsity Club.

Claudia’s emerging expertise in marketing began in 2017 when she interned with CHEERFIT, a private company that specializes in health and wellness training. After graduation, she continued to maintain social media accounts to engage with and sell to potential target customers while reporting directly to CHEERFIT’s CEO. She has launched numerous digital campaigns while also focusing on social media analytics and web-based analytic software in order to drive new business development.

A New Jersey native, Claudia currently resides in Hillsdale.
