With over a decade of fundraising experience, Kate is a lead project manager working with client partners across the education, healthcare, and community building sectors. Kate joined The Angeletti Group in 2012 and assists clients with planning/feasibility studies, development assessments, capital campaign management, and executive search. An avid writer, Kate also advises on communications strategies, with an emphasis on digital and new media. In addition to her work with clients, Kate serves as a member of the firm’s Executive Leadership Team, overseeing the blueprint for TAG’s daily operations.

Prior to joining The Angeletti Group, Kate was a Communications Assistant for the Seton Hall Fund, where she was responsible for the Annual Fund’s web content and assisted with annual appeals and signature events. Kate has also served as an Associate Alumni Editor for Rutgers Magazine since 2011.

Kate is the Secretary of the Board of Trustees of the Hunterdon Healthcare Foundation in Flemington, NJ. She also serves as Event Committee Chair, working closely with Foundation leadership to implement signature events to support the medical center. In addition, she is the Vice President of Professional Advancement for the Association of Fundraising Professionals New Jersey Chapter (AFP-NJ), and has served on the Board of Directors since 2019. Kate is also a past Steering Committee Member for the Conference for Women in Philanthropy, hosted by the FDU Center for Excellence: Leadership, Governance and Philanthropy.

Kate received her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and her master’s degree from Seton Hall University. Kate and her husband live in Hunterdon County, NJ, with their three dachshunds.
